Contractor begins

The contractor begins boarding Types 1 and 4 windows on the north side of the building – which was halted by New Jersey Transit circa 1/18/10.


We encountered problems because New Jersey Transit says there are rules and regulation for working within 15 feet of train tracks, we are working within 10 feet of the tracks.
